Why is it that I can rarely call and just talk to a veterinarian?

Often when clients call to speak to a doctor, the doctor is either with a patient or in surgery. In most cases, our team members can answer questions or quickly get an answer from our technical staff. Dr. Brian Lee may return phone messages when he has time. However, if you are worried about your pet or are in need of answers right away, it is better to come to the hospital to have your pet seen on an emergency basis.
